2008 Recap and New Year Resolutions!

Oh well, its the last day of the year again. Although 2008 has it's fair share of highs and lows, here are a few memorable ones:

Surprises of the year:
- Made two cool friends, Mug and "Kieth". My eye bags are also the worst this year because of so many late nights at Macdonalds. Haha...
- I became an Insurance agent! Even now, I still find it hard to believe!
- As of current, I'm still left on the shelf. Zzzz... Blessing in disguise?

Super High of 2008

- Kylie X concert: I practically screamed the entire time, like I stepped on a nail.


Super Low of 2008

- Ending a promising relationship: Endings are always sad laar.

Ok, and that was 2008 at a glance. My nine resolutions for the new year are as follows:

1) Get another job asap!
2) Get rid of excess reserves on my body!
3) Get a tan?
4) Fatten up my wallet!!
5) Grow taller!
6) Get a new mobile phone!
7) Get rid of my superhuman ability to procrastinate!
8) Win the lottery and never ever have to worry about my next meal again!
9) Find someone special and not have to go through the next new year lamenting about being single. =)

Christmas is almost here again...

... the only difference this year is ...

I don't feel as "Christmasy" this time round.

What has changed for me this year?

Ever since my previous relationship, I've gained so much more quality time with my close buddies, and I have also made two great board game pals within the past 6 months.

But, on the flip side, I've never felt more alone too. As much as I would hate to admit it, I feel kinda empty inside.

I don't mean any offense to anyone who might be reading this, but I do hope to find the chemistry that have eluded me so many times recently...

Here's hoping that 2009 will bring about better chances (and options.
